At Greenora Garden, every order is carefully packed and shipped from our location in Ranger, Georgia. We take pride in providing fast order processing, free shipping throughout the United States, and reliable delivery through trusted shipping partners.

Where We Ship

We currently ship throughout all 50 United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Cost

Free Standard Shipping is included with every order. There are no minimum purchase requirements, hidden fees, or additional shipping charges. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares and packages it for shipment.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday.

  • Non-Business Days: We do not process or dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. Federal Holidays. Orders placed on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday, are typically processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on U.S. Federal Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or another trusted carrier offering comparable service.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 2–4 business days (including processing).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, or carrier delays during peak seasons.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time using our tracking link provided in the email. If you do not receive your confirmation, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address. Greenora Garden is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided during checkout. We gladly ship to PO Boxes using USPS services.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated if the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If your order has already been shipped, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Missing or Damaged Orders

  • Missing Orders: If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
